The result was beautiful: handmade wooden boxes with black acrylic diamonds and gold etched writing. These unique invitations remain a highlight for our guests. Hiring Catherine as our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made, but she did so much more than that role implies. She went beyond her role, guiding us throughout the wedding planning with her extensive knowledge and valuable advice. We especially appreciated her respect for our wishes, never pushing us towards anything we weren't comfortable with. During a particularly challenging time due to some unforeseen medical issues I faced, Catherine was nothing short of a lifesaver. She took the reins, coordinating with our vendors and wedding party, ensuring that everything progressed smoothly in our absence. Her ability to make crucial decisions, which we completely trusted due to our many detailed planning sessions, was a huge relief. The wedding day itself she kept everything on track, following and adjusting the detailed schedule she had prepared and sent to our vendors. It was a huge relief not having to deal directly with any logistical issues on our big day. Her prescence was invaluable, from coordinating photos to delivering flowers, and her help throughout the day was incredible. Catherine's attentiveness to my medical condition, ensuring everything was tailored to my comfort, was truly touching. Her thoughtfulness in every aspect of the day showed how much she cared. Getting to know Catherine and Matthew throughout this journey was a pleasure; they are not only amazing at what they do but also wonderful people. We can't thank Catherine enough for making our wedding day perfect and stress-free!

From the first meeting with Catherine she was professional and thorough with what type of services she provided as a coordinator for the month and day of wedding. After chatting with her I knew she was the perfect person to help me with my wedding and I did not hesitate to let her know on the spot! With several months ahead leading up to the wedding Catherine would check in with me to see where I am with the planning process and collected any useful information that would help her support me during the day of my wedding. She helped create a very detailed itinerary which gave us an overview of our day. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Catherine as my wedding coordinator as I did not have to worry about anything the day before and day of the wedding! She took care of everything and addressed any situations that arose the day of the wedding. She was efficient in communicating with our other vendors and the bridal party. It was truly a stress free day for myself and my now husband. The level of professionalism and organizational skills displayed by Catherine was exceptional. Her calm and patient demeanour was what drew me towards her as I am a very calm person as well. If any brides-to-be are looking for a wedding coordinator for their upcoming wedding I highly recommend Catherine you will not be disappointed!

Catherine and her team are clearly passionate and go above and beyond with their craft. The decorations were unique and beautiful and made our wedding so much more memorable for our guests. She did a great job with personalizing the decorations for our theme and personalities (rustic fall elegance with some fun/whimsical elements). Catherine was very attentive to what we wanted, and then her and the team ran with it. Our living wall backdrop was absolutely stunning and our personal keepsake florals were arranged beautifully and looked real! Highly recommend!

I called Catherine to get linens for my wedding then she told me about all the others things that her company could do for us, next thing you know we had hired an event planner that provided us with a customized crest of our initials that was hung over the fireplace in our venue which was later framed so we could hang it in our home. We had customized name placement cards, menu cards and thank you notes with our crest on it. Felt very special having our own customized stationary. But the best thing was that Catherine and Matthew took care of all the details on the day of. I was the most relaxed bride as I knew all the little details were being taken care of. From our ceremony room to our dinner reception room, working with our florists, working with the cake provider and our venue coordinator, Catherine and Matthew were the utmost professional and diligent individuals. We were going for the wow factor and Catherine and Matthew delivered in spades. I would 100% recommend this couple to anyone looking to plan a special event in their lives as I know you will be as pleased as we were. So so pleased with the work done by Catherine and Matthew.
